Delicious Hike: Bread Baking at Unterfinserhof

From the village square we hike with our guide Helmuth along the Gornegg path to the Unterfinserhof. Along the way, herbal expert Monika joins us and introduces us to the world of wild herbs – some of which will later be incorporated into our bread creations. After a short farm tour, we bake traditional bread under expert guidance and then enjoy a lunch featuring our fresh creations. A day full of nature, herbal knowledge, and culinary delights.
